Let us loose in your kitchen at home and we'll cook up a storm that your guests won't forget.

A typical menu would start with our rich creamy chowder, followed up with tender slow-cooked baby-back ribs, mac & cheese, fried chicken that's crispy where it counts and juicy where it matters, along with a vegetable & rice jambalaya heady with southern spices. If there's anyone still left standing, then we'll have pecan pie too.

Whether it's bacon rolls at the builder's merchants or Shakey's chilli for the shareholders, we'll leave everyone with a good taste in their mouths!

If you've got a TV or film crew out on location, or a big gang rigging up a festival, then we can keep the whole team fed and watered, and factor in any allergies or intolerances too.

Relaxed, festival style weddings are a lot of fun.
